Who we are
Taxis Luton Airport is a private hire car service, licensed by the Public Carriage Office, specialising in airport transfers to or from all London airports. Our airport coverage includes London Heathrow Airport, London Gatwick Airport, London Stansted Airport, London Luton Airport, and London City Airport. We also have extensive experience in transfers from and to Southampton, Harwich, Portsmouth and Dover cruise ports.

Our Drivers
Our drivers are smartly dressed and have undergone intensive training to treat customers in a professional manner. All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any delays on the flight, there will be no extra charge.
Our Vehicles
All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned, clean and chauffer driven, with a range of cars to choose, from a saloon to an eight seater, ensuring a relaxed and carefree journey. You can pre-book our taxi services to collect from the airports, or seaports or any other postcodes and we promise to drive you to your destination safely and in style. Similarly our return booking facility is also available.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Waiting time
We usually send the driver into the terminal 20 minutes after actual landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear customs/passport control and for collecting luggage. The driver then stands inside at the Airport Information desk in the Arrivals terminal with a name board. Thereafter we allow you an additional 30 more minutes waiting time for free.
